Every website needs looking after once it is live. Every build includes 3 months of Care Plus, then it carries on at £69 a month, or you can switch to any plan below. We email you a reminder before the 3 months end, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately. Unused change time does not roll over. You own your domain. Care plans are monthly, with 30 days' notice to cancel. Full details are in our terms.

Does every Marvanova website include an AI chatbot?
An AI chatbot is standard on our website packages, but it is not forced on every build. Whether your site needs one depends on your business, and plenty of sites work perfectly without one.
Can you build a website that does not fit your standard tiers?
Yes. Alongside the Starter, Business and Platform packages, we take on bespoke website projects. Approach us and we will scope it to exactly what you need.
How much does a Marvanova website cost?
Sites start from £1,200 for an AI Starter Site, £2,500 for a Business Site and £4,000 for a SaaS or platform build. Bespoke projects are quoted to scope.
Do you look after websites after launch?
Yes. Every build includes 3 months of Care Plus, which covers hosting, backups, uptime monitoring, security fixes and up to an hour of changes a month. After that you choose a care plan: Essential at £39 a month, Plus at £69, AI Care at £99 for sites with a chatbot, or Growth at £179, which adds a monthly blog article and Google Business posts.
Do you build websites without AI?
Yes. Plenty of businesses just need a fast, good-looking site that brings in enquiries. We build those too, like the site for Hole Hearted Piercing.
How long does a website build take?
Most builds take from one to six weeks depending on the tier, from first call to launch, with post-launch support included.
