What is Trainerhaus?

Trainerhaus is a branded members app for personal trainers, gyms and studios, made by Marvanova. Your clients use it for their workouts, progress tracking, form videos, challenges and a private community feed. You use it to build plans, keep an eye on every client and see who needs a nudge.

Do my clients need to download it from an app store?

No. They open a link on their phone, log in and add the app to their home screen. It then opens like any other app, on iPhone and Android.

Will it have my branding?

Yes. Your logo, your colours and your business name, on both the client side and the coach side. Your clients see your brand, not ours.

How much does Trainerhaus cost?

The Solo PT plan is £495 to set up and then £49 a month, for one coach, up to 40 clients and up to 50 exercise videos. The Gym or studio plan is £995 to set up and then £149 a month, for up to 5 coaches, up to 200 clients and up to 300 exercise videos. Anything outside the plans is quoted separately.

What is Nova, and do I need it?

Nova is Marvanova's AI assistant. Added to your website, it answers enquiries in seconds, day or night, and sends people to your booking page for a free consultation, so you do not lose new clients while you are training someone or out of signal. It is optional, and costs £99 a month plus £299 one-off set-up on top of either plan.

What happens if I outgrow my plan?

Moving from Solo PT to Gym or studio is the simplest step. If you need more than the Gym or studio plan allows, talk to us and we will quote for the extra.

Is this a real app, or a template?

It is a real app, built and run by Marvanova. We first built it for Relentless Fitness in South London, alongside their website, and the recordings on this page are taken from it.

Can I see it working before I commit?
